Whether you’re seeking subtle maintenance, a major transformation, support for your natural texture, or simply a quieter place to land for a few hours, each appointment is designed to feel personalized, grounding, and fully tailored to you. You do not need to have everything figured out before booking. We’ll move through the process together. Luxury here is not about perfection or performance. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved intentionally, time set aside just for you. In order to provide the highest level of care and consistency for every guest, the following policies are in place to respect your time, and mine:
✨Cancellations & Rescheduling✨
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
✨No-Shows✨
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service amount will be charged. Future bookings may require prepayment.
✨Late Arrivals✨
If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to honor the next guest’s time. A cancellation fee may still apply depending on timing.
✨Deposits✨
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final total on the day of your service. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and may be applied toward the cancellation fee.
✨Card on File✨
A card on file is required to secure all appointments. No charges will be made unless the cancellation policy is broken.
